WHAT IS CUTIFY?

Cutify is an online marketplace for hair and beauty services in London where users can find beauty professionals who speak their own language. We believe in a more flexible and decentralized approach where every individual can contact different beauty professionals and arrange appointments with them wherever and whenever they want – home, office, hotel room, and of course salons our beauty centers. On the other side, Cutify is a new source of income for beauty professionals, where they can multiply the number of appointments exposing themselves to a large number of customers.

WHAT SERVICES DOES CUTIFY OFFER?

Currently, Cutify offers nail, hair and makeup treatments. You can check the different services selecting the available Cutifiers on the platform, who are divided by location, areas of expertise and the language they speak. 

WHAT AREAS AND LOCATIONS DO YOU SERVICE?

Some of our Cutifiers only receive customers in their location (home, hairdressing, beauty salons) within London center and surroundings, other Cutifiers offer mobile services and can come to your home, office, hotel or wherever you need us in London center or Greater London districts and boroughs. 

HOW DO I KNOW THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE OF HIGH QUALITY AND SAFELY DELIVERED?

At Cutify, we ensure that our professionals and treatments are of high quality and safely delivered. All of the Cutifiers have been through a selection and pre-screening process where we verify the quality of their work. Additionally, we meet with them in person and we establish a very close relationship with each one, in order to certify that they have the industry standards for their specializations. On top of that, every Social Beauty experience is followed up by a comprehensive feedback questionnaire to ensure the quality standards are consistently met on the platform – we delete the accounts with 3 or fewer stars.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE CAN I BOOK? CAN I BOOK LAST MINUTE?

You can book your treatments online up to 1 month in advance in most cases. In relation with last-minute treatments, our Cutifiers will be often but not necessarily mobile beauticians, and they need to move through London, therefore you can only make bookings up to 3 hours in advance, subject to availability.

WHAT ARE CUTIFY HOURS OF OPERATION?

Depending on the availability of our professionals, we can offer appointments as early as 8 am and as late as 7 pm – from Monday to Friday. As for weekends, it really depends on every professional – some are available and others are not, hence we encourage you to check the availability of your selected one. Each Cutifier currently sets his or her own schedule on our platform, so availability can vary – However, you can always discuss with them through our internal chat.

HOW DOES THE PAYMENT WORK?

Payment will always be made in cash at the time of meeting with the Cutifier, so our platform will work as a booking manager between the professionals and the clients.

WHAT IS THE CUTIFY CANCELLATION POLICY?

We require at least 24 hours notice prior to your appointment – Cancellations or changes that occur less than 24 hours prior to the appointment won’t provide enough time to the Cutifier to rearrange his or her schedule and therefore won’t be ideal.

HOW DO I PROVIDE INFO ON WHERE I WOULD LIKE MY APPOINTMENT?

In case the Cutifier provides a mobile service and you want the treatment delivered at one specific location, you will be able to introduce the address during the booking process. In case the Cutifier does not provide mobile services or if you want to meet at the Cutifier’s location, Cutify team will send you an email with the exact address.

WHAT HAPPENS IF EITHER MYSELF OR MY PROFESSIONAL ARE RUNNING LATE?

If you are running late for an appointment contact your Cutifier through the chat to let them know. You can always send us an email us on hello@cutify.co and we will try to get that sorted for you. You can do the same if the professional is running late in the case of a mobile appointment – text them through the chat and also inform us in the aforementioned email.

HOW DO I MAKE A COMPLAINT IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE?

In the rare event the service or treatment did not meet the Cutify quality standards we would like to know the nature of the complaint after receiving the service – Please email us at pedro@cutify.co with the details and supporting images and we will get back to you asap.
