WHAT IS CUTIFY?
Cutify is an online marketplace for hair and beauty services in London, where users can find salons, spas and freelance beauty professionals based on location, availability and language. The platform permits customers to find salons in their areas, read reviews and book online appointments 24/7, no matter where they are. Cutify also includes freelance professionals with whom you can arrange appointments on demand wherever and whenever you want – office, hotel room, home, etc.
WHAT SERVICES DOES CUTIFY OFFER?
Currently Cutify offers nail, hair and makeup treatments, including brows and lashes. You can check the different services by selecting the available businesses and freelance professionals listed on the platform, who are organised according to location, areas of expertise and the language they speak among other factors.
WHAT AREAS AND LOCATIONS DO YOU SERVICE?
Some of our partners only receive customers at their location (hairdressing and beauty salons, or home based salons) within central London and surrounding areas. Other partners are beauty and hair freelancers who offer mobile services and can come to your home, office, hotel or wherever you need them; in central London or Greater London districts and boroughs.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE OF HIGH QUALITY AND SAFELY DELIVERED?
At Cutify, we ensure that our professionals and treatments are of high quality and safely delivered. All of the salons, professionals and beauty businesses have been through a selection and pre-screening process where we verify the quality of their work. Additionally, we meet with them and we establish a very close relationship with each one, in order to certify that they have the industry standards for their specialisations. On top of that, every beauty experience is followed up by a comprehensive feedback questionnaire to ensure the quality standards are consistently met on the platform – we delete the accounts with 3 stars or fewer.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE CAN I BOOK? CAN I BOOK LAST MINUTE?
You can book your treatments online up to 1 month in advance in most cases. In relation to last-minute treatments, you can book up to 1 to 2 hours in advance. For mobile treatments, since the professionals will need to travel around London, we recommend to only make bookings more than 3 hours in advance, subject to availability.
WHAT ARE CUTIFY HOURS OF OPERATION?
Depending on the availability of our professionals, we can offer appointments as early as 8 am and as late as 7 pm – from Monday to Friday. As for weekends, it really depends on each professional and businesses – some are available and others are not, hence we encourage you to check the availability of your selected one. Every business owner currently sets his or her own schedule on our platform, so availability can vary. However, you can always discuss it with them through our internal chat.
HOW DOES THE PAYMENT WORK?
Payment will always be made in cash at the time of meeting with the Cutifier. Our platform is a booking manager between the salons or professionals and the clients rather than a payment system.
WHAT IS THE CUTIFY CANCELLATION POLICY?
We require at least 24 hours notice prior to your appointment. Cancellations or changes that occur less than 24 hours prior to the appointment don’t provide enough time to the business to rearrange their schedule.
HOW DO I PROVIDE INFO ON WHERE I WOULD LIKE MY APPOINTMENT?
If the salon provides a mobile service or you are booking a professional services and you want the treatment delivered at one specific location, you will be able to enter the address during the booking process. If the salon or professional does not provide mobile services, the Cutify team will send you an email with the exact address.

WHAT HAPPENS IF EITHER MYSELF OR MY PROFESSIONAL ARE RUNNING LATE?
If you are running late for an appointment contact your Cutifier through the chat to let them know. You can always send us an email on email@example.com and we will try to get that sorted for you. You can do the same if the professional is running late in the case of a mobile appointment – text them through the chat and also inform us on the aforementioned email address.
HOW DO I MAKE A COMPLAINT IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE?
In the rare event that the service or treatment did not meet the Cutify quality standards we would like to know the nature of the complaint. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the details and supporting images and we will get back to you asap.
